Our redesigned approval and quality assurance model provides a clear and supportive route towards Continuous Certification (CC), helping centres simplify qualification delivery and reduce operational complexity.

For a limited time, new centres can onboard with ProQual AB for £950 (usually £1,750).

 

The £950 onboarding package includes:

  • Initial EQA approval visit 
  • Two additional EQA activities focused predominatly on completed portfolio sampling 
  • Dedicated onboarding support
  • A streamlined route to Continuous Certification

How Onboarding Works

 

1. Submit Your Application

Complete and submit the New Centre Application Form to enquiries@proqualab.com

2. We Review & Support

Our Operations Team will review your application and provide guidance and support throughout the process.

3. EQA Approval Visit 

An External Quality Assurer (EQA) will carry out a supportive visit to confirm your systems, resources, and staff meet requirements.

4. Start delivering

Begin delivering Ofqual regulated qualifications with ongoing support in place.

A Streamlined Route Towards Continuous Certification

 

Continuous Certification (CC) recognises centres that consistently demonstrate high-quality delivery and robust quality assurance practices. Comparable to Direct Claims Status (DCS) used by other awarding organisations, CC enables approved centres to submit certification claims without prior external quality assurance, supporting a more efficient certification process.

Centres work towards CC through:

  • Effective assessment and delivery practices
  • Consistent Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) activity
  • Successful External Quality Assurer (EQA) sampling 

Through a structured and fully supported pathway, centres can build towards Continuous Certification from day one. Once achieved, CC may be extended across qualifications delivered at the same level within the same occupational sector, supporting scalable delivery while maintaining quality and compliance.

CC is not automatic or guaranteed and is earned through demonstrating ongoing quality and compliance.
