Within the Central Support Officer role, you will take ownership of customer calls and investigate technical issues as you build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Putting our customers at the heart of everything you do, you’ll keep customers updated every step of the way and look to provide solutions as quickly and professionally as possible.
We are looking for a confident communicator and someone able to multi-task, you should have a keen attention to detail and the ability to report information quickly and accurately. We are looking for candidates with customer experience and a keen interest in technology & customer satisfaction.
-Answer inbound calls from current centres & future customers.
-Update customers with any company changes.
-Printing & Organising of certification.
-Offer support to customers via email.
-Competently & confidently use all relevant day to day software. (Word, Excel, Outlook, Quartz)
