Mental Health Awareness Week – 18th May – 24th May 2020
Every year for one week in May, we celebrate Mental Health Awareness Week hosted by The Mental Health Foundation. Each year, a different topic is highlighted and this years theme is ‘Kindness’
One thing we have seen all over the world is that kindness is prevailing in these uncertain times. We have learnt that amid the fear, there is also community, support and hope. The added benefit of helping others is that it is good for our own mental health and wellbeing. It can reduce stress and improve your emotional wellbeing.
ProQual proudly offer two bespoke Mental Health First Aid Awareness qualifications. Please follow the links below to find out more detailed information on these qualifications…
Both qualifications come with a Mental Health First Aid Awareness Tool Kit which contains specifically designed resources to go hand in hand with both qualifications.
ProQual would like to take a minute to thank all of our training centres up and down the country for delivering our Mental Health First Aid Awareness qualifications. We are delighted to hear from you all that the courses are well received and that the Mental Health First Aid Awareness Tool Kit has become an effective addition to these qualifications.
If you are interested in delivering these vital qualifications, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org
